Community organizer and activist Otis R. Anthony served as executive assistant to Tampa Mayor Sandra “Sandy” Freedman, director of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) Black History of Tampa Project, and as diversity management director for the Polk County School District. This collection includes audio cassettes and compact discs, oral history transcripts, and biographical and historical essays conducted and written by Anthony.
